Establishment History
Andromeda Import, Export and Hotels is a company established in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and registered with the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on Ginbot 12, 2005 E.C. Initially, its authorized capital was birr 3,000,000.00. but it has been increased to Birr 60,000,000.00 in 2010 E.C to meet the ever increasing demand of the business sector we are involved in.. We are currently engaged in the import, export and hotel business. Its main business line is focused on the import of different types of construction, electromechanical items and medical equipment for the local market in Ethiopia. Detail business areas are described below:
Currently the Company has set three business directions, which have been selected based on the establishment purpose of the Company.

The Management of Andromeda defines the following Quality Policy, which reflects and is in alignment of the vision of the company. This Quality Policy is printed in 80×200 digital print and posted at the main entrance to the office, so that employees of the company shall have a view every time they enter their offices.
